Testimonials

"I had the pleasure of first meeting Nikki at a Mindfulness/Meditation class and her ‘aura’ of health and vitality impressed upon me so much that I started to see her for nutrition consultations and meditation practices for myself and my 10 year old daughter.

She has set an easy to follow, practical path to improving my health and wellbeing and I am already feeling the benefits. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikki for yourself and/ family."

Ruth Allaway, Warriewood

"Loved my private yoga session on Friday! I have been feeling amazing ever since"

Rebecca Thornhill Robinson, Freshwater

"What I loved about Nikki is she spent a lot of time getting to know my health history first, we covered a lot of personal information in our initial consult then she worked her magic to come up with a health plan that was perfectly tailored for me.. my ongoing visits with Nikki are wonderful. Such a wealth of information. Highly recommend."

Krystal Maguire, Mona Vale

“I booked in to see Nikki. As I eat quite well, I wondered what my appointment would reveal. Well, it was a fantastic eye opener. It was confirmed that I do eat well, but she definitely suggested some simple tweaks, I really did feel some wonderful improvements to my body. Very much recommend Nikki for a health tweak! “

Katherine C, Narrabeen

"I've lost 6kg to date and 4cm from waist, so big yey! Really loving the upping of veggies in the evening and have a bit of a groove. If I'm out and there isn't anything I like I'm not super hard on myself. I'm really liking the results I'm having. Loving the recipes too!"

Penny, Balgowlah

“Oh my goodness me. You are so fabulous. Blood results came back. Lowest cholesterol in years despite an increase in cheese and eggs. Best BMI since 2011. Feeling quite chuffed really. Thank you for putting me on a better path”

Lani, Fairlight
