Golden Rice

This is such a great winter dish! The turmeric gives it such a warm, vibrant colour and aroma that stimulates the digestive juices and is wonderfully anti-inflammatory for the body. This is a great recipe for adding left over veg from the weekly shop.

  • ½ tsp turmeric or d.e.w Turmeric & Ginger blend
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup almond flakes or cashews
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • Chopped coriander

Blend all the ingredients together as a side dish or healthy snack. Enjoy!
