
Mango Chia Pudding
Full of fibre, probiotics, vitamins, minerals and omega-3 essential fatty acids, this delicious recipe doubles as breakfast or a healthy dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1-1.5 cups milk / mylk (alternative of your choice)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt of your choice
- 1/2 mango (chopped)
- Handful of seasonal berries of your choice
Method
Whisk together the milk / mylk and turmeric then stir in the chia seeds. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator, ideally for 4 hours or until set.
Layer the mango, chia and top with yoghurt and berries.
Serves 2.
