Turmeric Mango Smoothie

The delicious mango is practically synonymous with Christmas in Australia, and now is the time to enjoy them to the full! This deliciously healthy smoothie can be adapted if you’re intolerant or prefer to avoid dairy and for a breakfast on the run option simply add a scoop of organic protein powder (just be careful to choose a reputable brand with no hidden nasties!)

Allergens: GF / DFO / NF

Ingredients;

  • I mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cup milk / mylk of your choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt or dairy alternative (optional)

Method;

Blend all ingredients together and voila, one deliciously summer smoothie!

Serves 2.
