Turmeric Fish

(GFO / DF / NF)
  • 1-2 pieces white fish
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp plain flour (GF flour option)
  • Pinch salt (if desired)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method

Heat the oil in a pan over high heat (coconut oil has a higher heat tolerance than olive oil).

Add the ingredients to a plastic bag (you can use the one it’s purchased in) and shake until fish is coated entirely, holding the open end of the bag in one hand to keep contents from spilling.

Fry the fish on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. It looks like the real deal but you can rest easy it’s super healthy! Serve with our delicious Kale Chippies.
