In our session we will identify some areas to modify and work on depending on your current state of health.
Your state of health shows up in the form of symptoms that you are experiencing such as lack of energy, difficulty sleeping or skin conditions. In some cases it is necessary to undertake some additional testing such as blood tests to really determine the underlying cause, but in most cases there can be some really simple explanations which can be resolved through diet or lifestyle modification.
Many people nowadays suffer from a condition called ‘leaky gut’; exactly as it sounds, our intestines become ‘leaky’ and substances escape into the blood stream that shouldn’t. This can cause all sorts of symptoms, so our first port of call is fixing the gut. Supplementation is the best way to treat this condition which I will prescribe for you if required.
From our first session you will take away a plan that you have helped develop so that it is achievable and sustainable. Usually my clients start seeing results after a few weeks so I like to see you again 2 weeks after our initial consultation. In this follow up session we will revisit your plan and make any necessary tweaks or organise additional testing if necessary.
