Cacao Chia Seed Pudding

So healthy you could eat this dessert for breakfast! The chia seeds are high in fibre and rich in omega-3 fatty acids whilst the raw cacao powder provides antioxidants and minerals including magnesium.

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 level tsp of organic raw cacao powder OR my d.e.w cacao & beetroot blend
  • 2 cups milk / your choice of mylk (milk alternative)

Whisk together the milk / mylk and the cacao then stir in the chia seeds. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator, ideally for 4 hours or until set.  Serves 2.
